A warm, friendly welcome awaits you. We    are    a    family-run    coaching    inn    in    the    village    of    Leitholm    (pronounced Leitolm,   the   ‘h’   is   silent),   near   Coldstream,   in   the   Scottish   Borders.   We   are family   and   dog-friendly.   David   manages   front-of-house   and   our   cellar   while Sarah manages behind the scene and cooks our delicous food. The   Scottish   Borders   offers   spectular   scenery,   loads   to   do   -   crafting,   golfing, walking,    cycling,    horse-riding,    fishing,    hunting,    wild    swimming,    surfing, historical   sites,   wildlife   boat   trips   to   name   but   a   few   -   and   great   places   to   eat local produce. Being   just   six   miles   from   the   Border,   we   are   perfectly   situated   to   explore Northumbland   as   well   as   Berwicksire   and   Roxboughshire.   We   are   45   miles   from Edinburgh   and   66   miles   from   Newcastle,   so   a   day   trip   is   easy   to   do   either   by car or car and train. Weather-permitting,   vans   park   around   back   in   our   garden   with   a   stunning   view of   the   countryside.   However,   if   the   ground   is   too   soggy   parking   is   available   at the front, roadside.
